Had to buy a new dispenser...my existing 3 had all died & I was left with several unusable refills. After a search, I settled on this one. Once primed, it works better than the old type. Easier to see how much handwash is left, as well. This came with one refill in the box but also had an extra 3 in another box. Excellent value.

Much improvement on the previous one having 4 little feet that keep water away from the batteries. Having said that my old ones have lasted about 16 or 17 years! They look good too. Refils are easy to find on ebay. I'm chuffed with the two I bought.

Bought this handwash dispenser to replace one I had had for many years as the old one was becoming unreliable. The design has been changed in the new one ( it's smaller in height with a raised spout) The machine takes 2 AA batteries which are included, the old one took four. It looks good and so far works well, although it doesn't dispense as much gel each time, so I tend to dispense two shots to wash my hands. The silvered finish should last better than the self coloured white which tended to discolour in time with exposure to light. All in all a good product.
