just flicked thro it yet but looks a great reference book ,to help me improve my technique,and get better performance out of my laser,and to improve my overall enjoyment of sailing (if that is possible ,i love it)so at the moment useing as reference book ,but will read it cover to cover on the long winter nights (when i cant sail) andy b
