This tongmaster seasoning is a bit deceiving at first as I couldn't believe how close the taste would be but it was fantastic!!!!! I used this recipe as the packet recipe is a bit vague. 500g lamb mince 500g beef mince 12% fat Three slices of white bread crust removed 1 egg beaten 1 whole sachet of tongmaster seasoning 50g plus 50g free! I blitzed the bread in the food processor to make breadcumbs then place all ingredients above in a large bowl mix together with hands then in batches blitz the mixture in the food processor THIS STAGE IS KEY FOR TEXTURE. You end up with a paste like the consistency of sausage meat. Refrigerate for an couple of hours then form into a kitchen roll cylinder shape. Oil/spray an large sheet of foil and wrap the large sausage shape of mixture with the crease of the foil facing up to keep all juices and moisture in. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 180Β°c for 50mins/1hr Take out the oven and rest wrapped in foil for 20 mins Skewer length ways from top to bottom and stand on an upside down small bowl and carve with a sharp knife in the cooking pan top to bottom along the length. Add the shreds of meat to your favourite salad/pickled cabbage/home made chilli sauce, yogurt dressing/garlic mayo and a chilled glass of lager and your basically eating a better healthier takeaway from your local Honestly you must do this πππππππRead full review

I tried this, after reading other reviews. I added to minced lamb & also put a teaspoon of garlic salt in. Smelt like a kebab, it looks like a kebab. Flavour great, a lively kick to it. I will definitely buy again. Soooo easy to make.

Easy to use i wanted avery large kebab so I tripled the mix so i needed 300gram of tongmaster kebab seasoning 800grams lamb mince, 1800grams beef mince, 4 rounds of bread made into breadcrumbs i used a blender so much easier, 2 table spoons garlic powder , 2 table spoons of onion powder, 1 teaspoon black pepper /1 teaspoon chilli pepper (if you want give it bit of a kick ) 200ml water , 3 eggs beaten I wanted it to look like a kabab as well as taste it was messy but worth the effort, I ran all the meat and spices though the blender had to do it in batches, Then remixed the batches together i did a giant fat sausage with the help of a bit of flour then wrapped tightly in tin foil and cooked on a baking tray every half hour i turned it and drained of any collected fats mine was done in 2 hrs
