It's great to read a novel about an area you know and recognise. Even better when it is set in a time of your grandparents so it is not that familiar. Even if this means nothing to you at all it is a good story that is well developed. My wife enjoyed, I've enjoyed it and a friend can't wait to borrow it. Based on this book I've bought 3 more of the series.
