Very well made, feels very premium in your hands due to the high quality slimline aluminium body. Retina screen is a game changer coming as is the i7 processor. It's really quick, smooth and with the older keyboard (not the new keyboards that are reported to have so many quality issues), it's so usable. Had a 2009 MBP for 10 years with older screen (non-retina) and Intel Core Duo (not an i5 or i7) meaning it could not run MAC OS beyond El Capitan. At circa £700-£800 these MBP's are great value compared to a new one. The new ones are so expensive for similar spec (you're looking at £2,500-£3,000) and don't really do or offer anything different to a REtina/i7 model except they are thinner and lighter. The Retina models are light enough consider the cost saving. With 16MB RAM and a M2 SDD, it flys. Just be prepared to accept some scuffs or scratches so get the best condition you can afford.Read full review
