I have to say I am pretty impressed with this printer. The compact build and over-all look of it is professional, and solid looking. The Print quality is impressive, and it's not too noisy when printing. I LOVE the wi-fi wireless printing from the laptop! The set-up was very easy to follow step by step (a little long maybe), but easy to follow, well that was until installing the software onto my laptop! At this stage the step by step procedure came to a halt as my laptop does not have a CD drive (like most laptops these days). And there was no mention of what to do if this was the case. I simply went online and entered the make of the printer and searched for 'installation setup' and it was easy to find! (I could see this part of the process being annoying and frustrating for people not just as computer literate). APART from this, what a printer for the money! And the printer came with XL cartridges to get you started! (this almost pays for the printer itself!). Before buying this printer/copier/scanner I spent 4 hours reviewing many printers. This printer has been around for a while and I think lacks some of the latest features like ink tanks. I suspect that the printing support for wireless devices does not have the most recent functions. However, it is fast and easy to install. The basic LCD display does the job but no frills. Low cost ink in my opinion more than matches the benefits of in tanks. All in all, a fast and competent printer at a very good price.
