It is of light weight construction and perfect for my needs as I have a trout farm near by in Italy. The only thing I have done is to use 2 Fondue methylated spirit burners to give a more even heat / smoke for hot smoking. Experiment with other types of dust like oak etc. I would recommend this product highly.
