I use it to track my heart rate and exercise levels, which it does very well. Other features such as time and battery level reminders are also useful and the the sleep analysis is interesting. I intend to use the specific exercise settings but I have not done so yet. My only (slight) criticism is that it is quite bulky on my thin wrist and tends to catch on sleeves but this is a small price to pay for the amount of useful data it produces.

I like the Fitbit charge 2 overall. The only thing I noticed is that it doesn't track runs on a treadmill accurately but I guess thats to be expected. It also does not recognise my phone, Xperia xa, so it doesn't notify me if calls or texts like it does with other phones. I can live with that though, its no big deal to me but may be annoying for others. Its easy to wear, fairly lightweight and decent looking. The app is great, really informative, especially the sleep monitor. I am glad I bought mine and would recommend it.

Love the magnetic watch strap as you can adjust while running cycling so easy ive had a normal strap before however this is by far the better option looks great with what ever I am wearing in regards the fit bit 3 had nothing but problems from day one and all I got back from the manufacter is wierd repetive messages on Instagram and email so wouldnt advice lots in our gym have gone back to the fitbit 2
