I've always loved the FLC, this more relaxed take from them very welcome, to set you smooching rather than leaping round the kitchen.

this is the most underated band in the industry, maybe cuz of their slightly cheesy appeal, with their silly videos, but FLC are like an iceberg. On the tip they seem small, but once your ship treads over it you sink like a stone. They have such depth in their album music,it means something different to everyone, but to me they convey the imagery of New York and inner city scene, aswell as the outskirts of it. This is a perfect album for cruising around town. This album is mostly cover songs, and moajority of artists suck at them, not the case for the Criminals. The talent seems to pour out of them being able to remake their own and other peoples songs in their signature schmooveness.Crazy Train is conjuring up an image of a nice sunny day in the city, definatly one of my favorites here.I like the production, everything sounds fat and of substance. Good honest work by the Criminals, full of Uncle Hoeys solos, Fast's multi-instrumentalism donest go unoticed either.Read full review
This FLC album has remixes and B sides from other singles, but collectively they create an almost perfect album. Considering the majority of inferior music available to the mainstream record buying public, most bands can't even come close to putting out music of this calibre. If this is FLC cast offs, lets have more.
Seriously good lounge music from the crooners of cool! Has some really good covers of both their own songs and others. You won't regret buying this and it will even convert those not into the FLC.
