I wasn't at all confident that this product would have any effect, but it was inexpensive enough to give it a try. It has made a very noticeable improvement, I reckon it's 70% better, so I'm going to put another bottle in and see what that does. I'm so glad I tried it as the other option was to start stripping down the car to get the steering rack and pump out.

It took a long time to quieten the squeak. Even after carrying out the manufacturers procedure 3 times, it didnt work at all so I gave up on it. After about a week of driving the car I noticed the squeak had got much quieter although it took so long to get there that I didnt notice the improvement .. so yes it does work but not as the intended miracle cure everyone goes on about but maybe thats just me? one other thing to note is it didnt completely eliminate the squeak it just made it a lot quieter. So yes I would recommend it but dont expect perfect instant results.

Although I ordered Jaguar additive part number C2S48887 I was actually supplied with Land-Rover additive part number QFX500090. I assumed this was the same stuff so I put in my Jag and it seems to have worked - so far. But a word of explanation would have been nice!
