For a dozen years I had a Gaggia espresso machine so when it became faulty I naturally went for the same make. I am however massively disappointed with the replacement. The metal body has been replaced by flimsy plastic. The filter holder is a joke that would make a very acceptable baby rattle. Would it not be that I kept the portafilter from my previous machine I would have returned it straight away. In addition to the above, I had an unpleasant ding dong with the supplier who managed to mix up the model’s spec with one stating that it was made from stainless steel. He refused to accept this in spite of me having screen shots to prove it.

Much more feeble and plastic and lightweight and flimsy than my old gaggia. I would not recommend this model due to its poor build quality. I do not feel it will last long and wish I had found a secondhand version of my old gaggia

Excellent would not be without it. In truth only large enough to make two cappuccinos , obviously one can always refill with more coffee Certainly very happy with it.

I bought this machine as a present. I have the same model & it makes great coffee, better than in many coffee shops.
