I bought this book on the recommendation of a friend, because I was feeling overwhelmed and stressed all the time - that feeling of having so many plates spinning that you can't relax for fear of one of them crashing to the ground. I run my own business and live on my own so although I'm not a high-powered business person (the kind of person this book is primarily aimed at) I do have quite a lot on my plate. I was starting to forget things and feel I couldn't switch off. I haven't followed the suggestions in the book to the letter, but I have used some of the ideas straight off and adapted others. I haven't quite finished yet, as I'm not in a position to take a few days out from normal life to have a great big sort out, but I'm spreading the process out and am getting there. I found this book really helpful with getting my head de-cluttered.Read full review
