Listening to the soundtrack picking out moments from the film in which I remember. It helps perk me up sometimes.

The Goldeneye Soundtrack is very average and in some people's opinions very bad. The score is composed by Eric Serra (has anybody heard of him?). The CD is a bad soundtrack with good bits and not the other way round. The good tracks are: 'Goldeneye' - Performed by Tina Turner and Written by Bono & The Edge and had nothing to do with Serra. It is superb and one of the best Bond songs. 'The Goldeneye Overture' - Heard during the pre credits sequence this is a fantastic piece of music and goes fantastically with the action. 'Ladies First' - The music heard during the Xenia/Bond Car Chase. This is the best track on the disc. It is a pity these are the first three tracks on the disc and that the disc goes downhill afterwards: 'We Share The Same Passions' - Good romance theme but inappropriate in the scene and dull to listen to. 'Little Suprise For You, A' - Boring and Dull 'The Severnaya Suite' - Good Love Theme, ruined towards end by odd music. 'Our Lady of Smolensk' - Boring and Dull (again). 'Whispering Statues' - Virtually the same music to Our Lady Of Smolensk. Boring and Dull (again again). 'Run, Shoot and Jump' - Good. Ish. 'Pleasant Drive In St. Petersburg, A' - Good but ruined by strange voices over the track. Remaining Tracks - Virtually Same Music. Boring and Dull. 'The Experience Of Love' - Heard over the credits. Sung by Serra himself. Terrible lyrics, terrible music, terrible voice, terrible song. In Conclusion, don't buy this unless you have to complete a Bond soundtrack Collection.Read full review
