I bought this copy to replace one that was eaten by my dog. This copy of Gray's Anatomy is concise and well set out, however the hardback edition has more pictures, so those of us who learn pictorially would do better to spend a little more and get the hardback. Having said that it has all the information concerning the human anatomy that biology/ phys ed. students of all ages require (or parents who like to know what their kids are talking about!). I have found my Secondary School age son talking about anatomy I learnt at College of Further Education - a refresh was in order!
Very comprehensive, but the quality of this paperback is quite poor. The illustrations are difficult to see and the writing on the illustrations is very hard to read, but it is a cheap paperback edition so you get what you pay for I suppose.
