I needed a new phone as mine died, but didn't want to be tied to some expensive contract. I don't need some over priced quad core phone, and knew that with a little bit of tinkering (thanks to XDA) I could change the OS to jellybean 4.2.2, which I have now done. Pro's Decent size Change the OS Low cost phone for latest OS All features work ie GPS-BT-WIFI. 8MP Camera Unlocked to any network Cons A little outdated now No NFC Battery not brilliant (although can get about 38hrs with Sense based Rom) Screen not as good as the newer phones So bought the phone for £85, pay £10 per month for contract from T-mobile which works out over 2 years to £325 total. Would have spent £26 per month for contract phone, which works out at £624 total, saved £299.
Great phone, nice big screen fantastic camera, easy to use, poor battery life as to be expected of an older smart phone. Over all cheap and cheerful a good buy for under £90. New battery's are cheap and plenty full on web.
This phone has everything that i need, it's fast, great camera, big screen and runs Android. The only two negative points are, the battery life, which is common in the smartphones and the fact of HTC had stoped the software updates. The rest is great and quite good.
Excellent all round phone, easy to use with a big hd screen perfect for using on the internet. It has a great camera and video, texting is easy with the views in different colours so they can be easily read.
Does what I want it to. Phone and text. I am not a user with complicated demands on a mobile. Also has a good diary with appointment reminders.
