This is a great tabletop tripod for the price but, as you might expect, it is only suitable for small, light cameras such as modern digital compacts. I am actually using it to support a heavy, old 1960s Canon SLR which has been converted into a table lamp! It is fine for that purpose and looks great but no way would I want to use it to take pictures with that sort of camera.

This is a low quality but very light travel tripod. It would not be of use with a DSLR but I find it useful for timelapse with a mirrorless system which is 40% lighter than the full DSLR system. It has a 42cm height which gets the camera out of long grass when out and about. The very light weight makes it ideal for taking on walks but the weight loss is made by lightweight tubular frame and no solid leg locks. The upper leg sections lock by rotating them 30 degrees. The smaller and lowerest legs lock with a basic ball-bearing in hole lock system, not designed to carry any weight. The legs do not open wide enough to give it any real stability in wind. The head is very small but perfect for a small compact or mirrorless body. It does not have a quick release head. PROS: - Very light weight and small size means you can easily put it in a bag or coat pocket. - Quick to set up in the field. CONS: - Light weight construction looks and feels cheap and has 'wobble' due to the legs' method of locking and poor fitting of legs inside each other. - Legs do not spread enough for stability. - Only 42cm high so good for timelapse or selfie filming but not much else. For the price it is an ideal ultra-lightweight half-size travel tripod but the with lightweight metal and plastic construction doesn't give it good stability. It does take up to a mirrorless system camera imo. Read full review

A useful little tripod to carry around although it is slightly too big to put in your pocket. Adjustments are easy to make to get just the position you need for the camera. It is fairly sturdy but light and I hope to get years of use out of it. A good value buy.
Nice compact tripod got this for a camera we use to check on our pets.

Does exactly what it says on the 'tin'. Small, compact and easy to transport.
