It's tricky to assemble but easy to use, which is some concern. The spikes are short and thin and are not going to make much impression on the lawn. You run it along, leaning on it to get it to dig in as much as possible, but there's little resistance. I previously had a hollow tiner which works like a spade; this goes much deeper and also removes some soil. It's much harder work, but I think I'll be going back to it.

Only used once so not tested all that much but does what I need, only thing I had to do is tighten the spikes when assembling it or they could of come loose and fell off in first use.

Very easy to assemble and works fine. Could be a little heavier but at the price it is good value.

The nuts kept falling off. If I tightened it more the roller wouldn't turn. They gave me 20% refund. I've put lock nuts on it and that works well. So ariated the lawn
