Had this book as a paperback back in the sixties but it got lost. If you're feeling anxious (and who doesn't from time to time) you'll probably find some of the chapters useful. Look at it occasionally particularly if you're worried sick about anything. Not the complete antidote to anxiety, but a good reassuring read!

I read this book, and it puts everything into perspective, I wish that I had it years ago, just reading it seems to make one relaxed and problems disappear.
