Had this book as a paperback back in the sixties but it got lost. If you're feeling anxious (and who doesn't from time to time) you'll probably find some of the chapters useful. Look at it occasionally particularly if you're worried sick about anything. Not the complete antidote to anxiety, but a good reassuring read!
