Superb advice for a new landlord
The book is written in straightforward unambiguous English covering everything a new landlord needs to know. I particularly like the advice included in the 'Pro tips' . Having read the book I feel much more confident in my decision to 'diy' without using an agent, (a decision taken following being cheated out of three months rent by a so called reputable agent who, without notice, simply closed his business and disappeared!)Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
