Having heard someone mention the group 'Hurts' I decided to give them a listen. I bought the CD and hoped to hear something 'pleasant'. The first time I heard it I was hooked. Every track is fabulous. I tried to find more of their tracks as I just couldn't believe it was their debut CD. It was so well produced. Sadly it is their only album but I just can't wait to hear future tracks from them. Lovely, lovely, lovely.
I heard a couple of tracks & thought they were good so bought the album - the entire album is excellent - there isn't a bad track on the entire album . If you are thinking of this - don't hesitate ! It's is probably one of the best albums of the decade . Hurts are gr8 live too ! Major congratulations to Adam & Theo for an inspirational debut album that'll def be regarded as a classic in years to come .
I bought this CD after seeing them live at the Irish village in Dubai earlier this year, and they were fantastic, the best concert I have been too(THAT IS NO LIE), all the tracks are (to me) brilliant and I cant wait for their next CD to come out. I have played it so many times and it still feels fresh to listen to.
Anticipato dall’hype suscitato dai singoli “Wonderful Life” e “Better Than Love”, esce il disco d’esordio degli inglesi Hurts, “Happiness”. Read full review
Love it. It's big 'wall of sound' effect is reminiscent of ELO, Keane, Phil Spector ... but with full on electronic effect. This band is under-rated. Why are they not BIG? Buy this CD if you like full-on, voice-layered great music.
