It's a Haynes and typically, not as detailed or in-depth as they used to be. I bought the manual specifically for a clutch job - mainly because I didn't know how to tackle a transverse engine 4x4. As such, the critical bit was about removal of the transfer box, and that chapter was missing from the manual (it was referred to but the chapter simply didn't exist). It was the one thing I had no experience of and couldn't find online so the manual was no help to me at all. Also, this addition is in 'American' which is rather difficult to decode. Altogether - if you want a manual for this car, you've got no choice, but it's far from ideal.

I have a 2010 santa fe automatic 4x4 with the later 2.2 diesel engine and being a fully qualified motor engineer with 40+ years experience in all aspects of the trade a manual for reference to make any jobs easier but unfortunately this one does not cover this UK model including body, engine & gearbox. The manual appears to be for the North American market and although it does cover a few points is the best part of useless for mk 2 UK Diesel models like mine.

It. only covers the petrol models as that is all that is on the US market ,and Haynes do not have a book that covers the uk marketed diesel model so you have to get what you can
