However, if you like your coffee stronger you may be disappointed. We have taken to using filters in order to let coffee percolate slower. Also trying stronger blends. Sometimes coffee is not very hot once brewed, better temperature once it has stood on hot plate for a few mins. This may not be perfect, but for this price it’s good enough for me. Looks nice and neat in the kitchen, simple design fits in nicely with everything. .

I've had the machine for about a month now and so far It's working perfectly, it's used two or three times a day & it's a big step up from my old Salton machine which gave good service but was getting old. One thing, I use paper filters as I find the nylon mesh filter is not very effective.

It does what you want it to do at a great price. It makes a good cup of coffee which is all it's suppose to do. It can be programmed to be timed a bit like a "teasmade". Good and sturdy and stylish seems v good quality.

This coffee machine brews very quickly, which is perfect for that morning cuppa, it is also the perfect drinking temperature for the first cup. However, unlike my other machine it does bleep to let me know it has finished. It doesn't bleep to warn me its turning off. I find that once its gone off, and this happens to quickly for me, that the coffee does not get reheated to a suitable drinking temperature.
