My kawasaki vn 800 has to live outside, so I thought I'd look around for a cover. Being a bit lazy I Googled, best motorcycle cover and this one came up as being very good. Some people comented on wetness after rain but this may well just be condensation. The makers coments on this and recommend airing the bike when possible, using a cotton sheet under the cover etc. As a size guide, I bought a xl as I wanted a loose fit but on a vn 800 without bags etc a large would probably be big enough. The ex is very baggy but that's OK by me. It seems quite well made and looks good.

This cover is easy and light to use but by no means is it heavyweight. It needs to be secured with the toggle drawstring and the underneath strap particularly on windy days. Good idea but is a pain to fasten under a large bike as you have to try and fling the buckle underneath to reach and clip it together. Size is deceptive. Thought I would need an XL for a Pan Euro 1300. Not big enough to go over the mirrors! Just about does and will go over the side panniers, but not a top box. I have had heavier, thicker and padded covers better than this one at a similar price. Also why do we need JDC plastered along the side? Looks a bit naff man! On the plus it is rain and bird proof! It's good enough quality and tough fabric just a bit lightweight

I bought this to replace my current cover that started tearing from wind agitation. I got the XL size for a Yamaha Xmax 125cc, which is a little too big, but was thinking rather too big than too small. The breathing flaps by the handles are a nice touch and thus far I found that it dispels water very well. Rain beads up and is easy to shake off. I hope it's not a coating that will wear off with time. But so far I'm very pleasantly surprised with how easy it is to shake it dry before taking it off the bike. Having the small lined holes by the wheels is also a great feature if you live in an area where covers get nicked all the time. I pass through my chain to secure the cover to the wheel and thus have one less thing to worry about. My previous cover didn't have a clip in the middle to secure it under the bike. I do like this, albeit a bit tricky to reach under the bike to secure it properly (but no big issue). I mostly only clip it if the weather report is windy/stormy and over periods when I know I won't be driving much. As for hot exhaust... the Xmax has a lengthwise panel on the side of the exhaust, so the cover doesn't touch it. I've been putting the cover on straight after driving with no melting issues so far.Read full review

Really like this... I bought to top box version and was worried it might not fit as have a very large Givi but all ok. And it just all works...such as the tie that makes it snug round the bottom and the little pocket that you can tuck the excess cord into. I haven't actually used it in yet so can't vouch for it being waterproof but as it's good quality then should be ok I think. Re the sizing that some other reviews mentioned I went for XL as it was 20 cm longer then bike to be on safe side ...it was a bit big but fit well after I'd tightened the cord. Would defintely recommend... especially for the price.

Only had the cover a few weeks but so far its been excellent, decent quality and kept the bike dry, have a Kawasaki versys and ordered the XL size which is big, it's easily big enough, so far a great cover at a great price, no complaints.
