I was so excited to give this a go. Turned up promptly on the expected delivery date, went straight to the DVD player to get going and.. so disappointed! The DVD plays (on my TV, NOT comparable with my laptop) and I can just about make out Jillian and her helpers but it's soo fuzzy and pixilated. Will have to go and buy another copy unfortunately. Not sure if this is a burned copy of what but the quality is shocking

This really is a killer workout as it says on the box! This contains 3 45 minute levels, 1 being 'easiest' and 3 being for those wanting a challenge. Sure it's hard when you first try it but you'll be suprised at how quick your fitness improves with this if you stick with it. Routines are simply and well explained, Im convinced Jillian is a sadist, and at the end of this your legs will be destroyed and you'l be dripping with sweat, but that said it really feels like you've had a good workout.
i love Jillian she's so great and i am doing her DVDs for a long time and i just happy with results
