A great product which is easy to use.I use it every day to make a small white loaf and they are realy great. I would have given 5 stars but the bread pan did not fit in position correctly, and the cause was the pan was distorted where it clips into the main body. It was easily remedid and I have had no trouble since. One problem in using ready bread mixes, They are sold for to make in lbs wheras the machine is in kilos so one has to calculate the weight/water ratio. I think this will apply to all bread machines. Using the booklet and making your own mix no problem
This machine is much better than the previous model, the one I purchased had only been used a few times and it is as new. After a couple of tries it has produced consistent good quality loaves. Luckily I have a recipe book from the older rapid bake model because those recipes also work in this machine and I find them very useful don't know why they have disappeared from the new book.
Always wanted to make my own bread. The bread you get is a lot beter then shop bought stuff.Easy to use full instructions easy to follow,The only thing about this model is the kneader is just push in tends to come out with bread, later models have a push and twist this is not a big problem as you just pull out of bread when you take it from the pan.Once you put everything in just key in pragram number push start and wait.
This replaces earlier Kenwood which has given many years good service. This model is excellent, each loaf is of good quality and makes excellent pasta dough. Very pleased and would recommend.

Bought this product after our machine had worn out a mechanism (it was used on a regular basis and had lasted at least 2yrs) Bought this product as it was a very reasonable price (new) and funds were short. Worked perfectly for 2mnth then stopped. My husband (who is an engineer) sooon realised that the heating element had burnt out. This machine obviously was not the bargain we thought and would therefore not buy or reccommend. We now have a 'Panasonic' that was given to us 2nd hand, works perfectly and is at least 6yrs old.
