Finally the right tool for the job
Most similar sockets are ALU alloy based so they can only accept static force but most Ducati wheels are tightened ex factory waaay to much exceeding any recommended torque and manual undoing of those nuts is a kind of challenge. But if you put this Cr-Mo steel socket into good impact wrench (I have used DeWalt 899 one), undoing rear 55mm nut was easy as any other nut – just 5-7 sec of impact wrench operation and … job done What is more important – socket looks untouched. BTW: Description claims it is SCM440 alloy steel but on many markets it is much wider know as “Cr-Mo impact sockets” (to be precise it is 41/42CrMo4 alloy steel equivalent) which means – “impact wrench friendly” ;)Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
