Good book to give you food ideas for a low carb diet, however by no means these recipes take 15 mins, unless you eat half raw food. Also these are "manly" meals, quite basic, so no special talent required to prepare them. I have to say a few meals were very tasty, others I would need to modify. Portion sizes need to be adjusted depending on your lifestyle. The concept of HIIT training is really good, it doesn't take too much time to do your morning workout. Together with changing what I eat, I can already see some results after less than 3 weeks.
