Can't speak for durability as only had it a couple of weeks, but sound quality is great and the number of sound options are more than adequate. I've struggled with sleeping for about 18months. I've used sleeping tablets from the doctor and also over the counter herbal tablets but I didn't want to become dependant on medication.
