I have 8 new un-finished internal oak doors. I didn't want to varnish or paint them that's not the look I wanted. I wanted something to seal the wood, prevent it drying out and protect it from knocks. First, I tried Liberon liquid wax polish first but it wasn't the finish I was looking for. Next I tried Liberon Superior Danish Wax. This gives a great finish. It's really easy to apply I used a new paint brush to apply it. You do need to put dust sheets down because it does drip a bit. After applying the second coat the effect was great. I had enough left to apply a third coat and the effect was great. It has bought out all the grain in the wood and left a sort of satin sheen. I thoroughly recommend it to treat doors.
