I have owned several electric greenhouse heaters in the past, my favourites being from Parwin Power Heaters. The technical specification of this one seemed appropriate for my new greenhouse. The unit looks of a simple and robust construction. I have not had it for long so cannot yet review its long-term performance. The one drawback it that it differs from my previous heaters in that the fan must run continuously if the thermostatically controlled heating elements are selected. I would have preferred for the fan to have a choice: thermostatically controlled as well as the heating elements and separately selectable for continuous running, or better still to have a mode where the fan would be thermostatically activated above a set temperature to reduce the chance of hot-spots occurring that might damage my plants.Read full review

Really hefty well built greenhouse heater. Needs a separate thermostat to stop the fan running if you don't want it to

I had it just in time for the recent winter chill We had, as my other heater wasn’t doing the job - but with this one my lemon and oranges are flowering and my gh smells of citrus!- does a great job

Good little greenhouse heater, it’s managing to heat my 8X12 satisfactorily. Biggest downside As others have said, it doesn’t have a thermostaticly controlled fan. Only the heater element is controlled so the fan will run all the time, I ended up buying a plug in thermostat to control it which does the job perfectly.

This greenhouse heater is strongly and simply built. It maintains temperature and does its’ job. My only criticism is that the thermostat operates too coarsley and is thus difficult to set. It is also not graduated.
