The copy price and delivery were first class. The album itself was an experiment having heard her amazing voice as a backing singer. Its a good professional pop soul album a little but too reminiscent of Luther Van Dross (the producer). I was hoping for something a bit grittier/jazzier/deeper. If you like Luther you'll like this, and it does have a few glimpses of the amazing voice of Lisa Fischer.

After hearing of Lisa's amazing voice and vocal range, I purchased her CD. My high expectations of it, due to the fact that she won a Grammy for her single "How Can I Ease The Pain" were met and exceeded. The CD is a masterpiece of early 90's pop and R&B, mixing fats dance tracks such as "Save Me" and "So Intense" with smooth ballads such as the hit single "How Can I Ease The Pain". All the tracks have been produced in order to show off her vocal abilites. It is a shame that Lisa did not release a second album.
