The questions were irrevelant as there was only a choice of ‘yes’ and ‘no’ and the product has not been used so could not answer them. It is a small present for my granddaughter who uses it all the time so she must like it but a bottle with a sharp corner which could cut a hand is unsuitable for a teenager!
