What I will say is that for a “bolt on” product I was actually amazed with the quality and fitment! Everything lined up near bang on down to the exhaust hangers which was a shock! The hardest part of the install was the factory V-band clamp which was a little resistant to undo properly. I used a light application of exhaust gasket goo on the join segments when I noticed slight leaks. tip is perfectly sized, Driving and cruising normally I’m impressed as there isn’t a obnoxious drone just mildly deeper than factory. When accelerating hard or heel toe downshifting there’s a nice, louder, deeper rumble to the car and even a slight burble when downshifting.

The scorpion stainless steel non resonated exhaust for the R56 mini cooper non S. Is it worth it? Well, it's realy good quality and it goes together with ease. Use silicon sealer rather than exhaust paste to assemble it as its a realy good fit. It is a bit loud and can be a bit much on long journeys . However it has given the MINI a marked increase in performance and it sounds awesome. In retrospect I think I would have purchased the resonated version for a quieter drive. But that is almost £100 dearer. On the whole a great exhaust if you can cope with the increased sound .

Bolted directly to my mini one and sounded amazing, the welds on the pipes looked great but was missing a clamp on my order and could maybe do with some sealant for the mid sections but definitely would recommend it 👍
