Good quality and well made. Smooth surface avoids hair getting caught. This hose is very stiff compared with similar ones from the same manufacturer that I have bought in the past. Hopefully it will become more flexible with use.

Product looked and felt as expected, and price wasn't bad. However, the problem is in the design, or rather the plastic sleeving surrounding the hose. It is so rigid, that it seems to have a mind of its own. It kept twisting the shower head to face towards the right, and no attempts to turn it to face forwards was possible. Hence, not fit for purpose. I had bought it for my son's flat, but even tried it on my own shower to check. I cannot however fault the company. I just sent them a photo to confirm, and was immediately refunded, with brilliant communication throughout. I've put the quality is good, which it is, (but just not usable)!! The hose was binned, as were a few others, from some of the reviews I've read, so my advice is not to buy this design as there's no flexibility.

My old shower hose was one of those white ones that was very stiff to bend and over time became discoloured (despite my efforts to clean it) and it eventually split. This one is the perfect replacement and is sturdy but nice to use. It matches my silver showerhead so that's another plus and as it has a universal fitting there were no problems with fitting it. The shine of the hose makes the shower look nicer and I should have binned the old not so white one ages ago. Small changes can make an area look different and up to date so don't wait for your old hose to split - treat yourself to a nice shiny new one like this - before they all sell out!

This is not as advertised as it is not large bore .8mm is not large bore high flow. 10-12mm bore would give a better flow for gravity pressure showers. So not as good as it could be.

Fitting is easy, and it does what is necessary. Should I need another sometime I would go for a shorter one as this is really to long for my shower area.
