I bought these for my Myford ML7. They are heavy duty cast iron. They are essential if you have a Myford Lathe as the machine cannot be set-up properly without them. They are used to jack up and level the bed of the lathe using the hexagon jacking screws, included. A full description of how to set up a Myford Lathe using these blocks is given in the Myford Handbooks. These blocks are also a standard fit for the original Myford ML7 & Super 7 steel lathe trays and cabinets.

the blocks are well made but the o-ring seal on the jacking studs is useless as it keeps popping out the rebate. The studs are also too short to go through the combined depth of lathe, drip tray and cabinet. I could only get 1/2 nut on the underside and no extra on the top either. 1/4" BSF screwed rod to the rescue and the job's a good un.
