The Memory RAM was good value and was delivered safely and quickly. I had no problem fitting it and my laptop worked okay afterwards. But to be honest, I have not noticed any difference. I am not sure what I was expecting. I did think it would be significantly faster, but it seems to be the same. Perhaps, the laptop can't access the extra memory or it might be the hard drive that needs increasing in capacity. In the boxes above, asking for my rating, I would rather have put neither yes nor no, but they don't allow that.

Waited a while to review (as you don't want to sing the praises of components until you've made sure they aren't going to die after a few months!) and I can say I'm impressed. It operates as it should and has given new life to my old (but still able to run win 10!) laptop. Recommended

Unfortunately one of the two chips failed after just 4 days which was so surprising I spent hours testing the motherboard and looking for other issues before testing the RAM. No problem getting a replacement other than having to send back first and wait. Perhaps would be better to send out a replacement immediately, then bill additional if faulty one not received back in eg 10 days?
