This kettle looks nice and is easy to fill as it has a push button which opens the lid The bad points are that it is heavy to lift, very noisy, and also it is hard to see the water level due to condensation. This means I often fill it with more water than I actually need, leading to wasted electricity. Not sure that I would buy another one.

Very disappointed with this purchase. The kettle takes a long time to boil, it continues boiling for a long time before switching off and it is very noisy. It would be easier to fill if the lid opened wider. Overall a very poor design. The Kenwood kettle it has repaced was far superior in all aspects. A pity that model is no longer available nor anything similar in that make. I would definitely not recommend this item.

Excellent value for money. A quality product, which I am very pleased with, so far. Purchased item only a few weeks ago and cannot fault this product. However, I did state that the grip was comfortable, which it is for me. The handle is well constructed, but people with small hands might find the diameter too big and difficult to grip..

The kettle boils quickly and has a good design. However, a boiling is quite loud and the kettle is too hot to touch so you have to be careful.

Sadly I regret buying this kettle and the stars are purely because its a pleasing design, its easy to fill and handles well - BUT - in use it is so so so loud - I should have taken more note of some of the reviews!.
