I tried these for a 2 hour journey on top of sickness pills and the wrist bands and they still didn't prevent me being sick. I thought the quality seemed good, and the scent didn't bother me, but they just didn't seem to make a distance to me on a long drive. I will say I have particularly extreme travel sickness so perhaps they would be effective for others, but for me the concept was great but the reality not so much. The one thing I have found to be effective is Dramamine tablets, get those instead
