Our integrated Neff larder fridge, with the pull out bottle drawer, is not made any more so when the hinge failed we were faced with trying to find a replacement. However it was a quick and much cheaper alternative o replace the hinges. Very easy to fit with clear instructions. Saved us £1200 plus on a new appliance.

Ok, let's start with the service from SPARES2GO which was excellent. It was easy to select the hinges I required, the price was good compared with ordering direct from Neff and they arrived really promptly. This is the first time I have used them but I will definitely use them again and again. On to the product itself..... not good. I have had two Neff fridges and one Neff freezer for seven years. I have lost count of the number of times I have had to replace the hinges. They are designed to fail. They appear robust enough but they contain a plastic part which WILL break sooner or later. For Neff read NAFF.

Just pleased to be able to get the right hinge for the job. Found it quite difficult to line up the screw holes to fit the holes on the hinges. I think some of the new hinge screw holes were slightly out of alignment. However, after some careful nudging and wedging I did manage to fit them so that the gaps around the door were almost equal and worked.
