Nettle Cookbook is a celebration of this much maligned but surprisingly scrumptious and highly nutritious plant. It features over 35 delicious recipes for appetizers, main courses, desserts and drinks, from soups and spiced meatballs to shortbread and sponge.
Vivian Tuffney has worked at the Natural History Museum, London, for 24 years. She developed a special interest in nettles during her time working in the Museum's Wildlife Garden and as a researcher in biomedical resources. She now works in the Museum's Visitor Engagement Department but enjoys creating new and exciting nettle recipes in her spare time.
