I was pleased to find this clever piece of design as it avoided digging out the old pattress box and replastering. I now don't need the extension socket which stuck out from the wall. This looks neat and has red tops to the switches to show when they are on. One slightly unexpected feature is that the retaining screws are slightly lower than midway down the body of the socket. This means that when it is fitted it sits slightly higher than the old socket. In this case (due to poor plastering of the old socket) there is a narrow slit in the plaster below the fitting. This is not visible unless you bend down and look under the projecting face of the socket. I will fill it with mastic. I will be buying another one!.

An easy good quality way to achieve extra sockets in a home. Easy to use you don't need to be an electrician just a reasonably competent diy person
