well where to start I purchased the Hoover pipe as my old one broke and in think it's about 3 weeks now I still have not received my item despite contacting them I have had very little contact back blaming royal mail at first then they were supposed to be doing enquiry to where it is now they gone almost silent i have contacted royal mail and they have no record of the item
