I have not read such a good, honest, appealing book in a long time. Basically it just says losing weight is down to you, and only you, but you need to adjust your mental attitude. Loved the author basically telling the reader: 'if you want to be slim, start thinking you are slim and want to stay that way, so don't eat any more sugar and fattening foods'. Also liked the attitude to slimming groups and fad diets. Very humorous in places. If you struggle to lose weight/diet, read this, it should help you.
