This model is actually better than the original remote. Ergonomically it has sloping ends which sit in the palm more comfy. Layout is same. The buttons are softer to the touch, more responsive & easier to access due to the sloping end. No problems working my BD8500m & UE55D6500 3D TV. Would recommend.
