Found if I removed the dust cloth on the underside it didn't struggle going room to room. With the cloth it get caught on floor mats and slight lips. It picks up loose top surface items, anything a little deeper in thr carpet it failed to pick up. Very good on thr kitchen hard floor but didn't get everything on the corners. For £50 its a great vacuum for what it does... Kind of see it more for a general clean and then I will do the edges with a cordless vac...its a bit of a time saver... but not as good as a human. Oh I also taped the wipe board to the underside as that kept causing the vacuum to get stuck in doorways by the grippers from carpet to hard floor. Very easy to empty and clean.

Sweet product great idea but suction not strong enough to make a real difference fun though!

Simply, it doesn't work. For a start there are no brushes. It is just a 2 inch plastic hole in the bottom which has poor suction. An average-sized room, say, 12' X 12' would take this machine about an hour and it still would leave bits. If the carpet is a thick one, forget it. This gets stuck! I would have sent it back but just couldn't be bothered to re-pack it and and send it back. The old saying is very true in this case: you pay for what you get. I paid £55 and got absolute garbage.

cheap means bad quality, this hoover pick up very light dirt from the floor but something slightly bigger stays on, annoying, long charging time too

So far it's excellent! I leave it running upstairs cleaning the carpets. It saves carrying a heavy vacuum upstairs. It cleans very well but occasionally gets stuck but that's down to my furniture layout. I like it very much.
