Good dish, shame about the handles
This is a good all round dish. I was surprised it was so hard to find a 1L dish as the 1.5L dishes seem much more readily available. I would actually like a 0.75L dish too, but can't find one. The worst thing about the dish is that the handles are rounded and don't stick out much. This makes it harder to pick up, especially from a bottom cupboard. I have older dishes that have handles no wider than my hand but stick out more so they are easier to grasp. I guess another example of taking something that works well then making it more stylish but less easy to use. I don't need style in my cookware, I need ease of use (and durability).Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Smaller than expected
I was looking to replace a Pyrex casserole that had a broken lid. This one is perfectly alright but is smaller than I was expecting. I fine the 1.4 litre description a little misleading as ther is no way you could use the .4 litre lid for casserole cooking!
