Excellent milk powder, but it takes time to get the best out of it. It is great for use in baking, eg bread, just put it in the mix. For making it up as a liquid milk substitute the best taste (I have found), is achieved by mixing it into boiled water which has been cooled to room temperature stirring well, and then store in the fridge.
