Can't fault this camera. Easy to use, goood features all round, good resolution and excellent dealayed timing. Bought the second one as the first fell into the Dordogne!
It is a very nice camera but at the start of using it there was a lens error but it has righted itself now. I did inform the seller.
This Optio E85 is a nicely made compact and while not as slim as some it is very easy to hold and operate. It has quite a lot of settings for different types of shot or a couple of auto modes for those that just want to point and shoot. Tha quality of the photographs at 12.1 resolution are very good. And it has a very easy to use video with sound capture, which return some very clear images for such a small unit. The 2.7 inch screen is very clear and a good size to set the shot up and to preview what has been taken. The only drawback I have noticed is that the battery is charged whilst in the camera rather than in it's own charger. Also the camera body is perhaps not quite as robust as some makes, but I doubt if many could withstand being dropped or roughly treated. I think you get quite a lot of camera for your money with this model so I would recommend it.Read full review
The picture quality is very clear and precise. It is easy to import pictures to my computer and also easy to handle. it is a comfortable compact camera and I am happy with the price I paid for it.
