I read the Noughts and Crosses books and found them amazing, but what is so unique about Malorie Blackman books is that it hits you hard in the stomach and heart, her books make you think, especially when something sad happens. Her books are clever and I just love them. I also like the little twist to one of her Noughts and Crosses books had a very undetailed, but hot scene in, It was rather amusing and delightful... This led me on to reading Boys don't cry. Simply amazing and heart pounding. I was then desperate to read another of Blackman's books. I was then led onto reading Pig Heart Boy, still very good but doesn't beat the Noughts and Crosses series however matches the Boys don't cry. They're all simply amazing, tears drop as I read them. These books make you "think" hard and deep, and so strongly, I'm unable to fully describe it, you won't understand until you read these books. Most of her books are for children, but the ones which I have stated here are suitable for all ages, amazing.Read full review
