My Physio recommended this DVD to me as i have had separated tummy muscles ( Diastasis Recti) since giving birth to my second son two years ago. The excersises are really clearly explained and simple to follow and i also love the fact the you can follow one of two women on the DVD depending on how strong you are. I can really feel a difference from when i start the exercises to when i finish, the gap between my tummy muscles closes so if i keep persevering, they will eventually knit together. Each set of exercises only seem to last 30 mins so perfect when my son has his nap.
